How Information Is Handled

This notice covers the informational website and its local scenario composer.

Last updated: 21 February 2026

Who is responsible

Rankmosaicstarada Research Ltd, 31 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 KX44, Ireland, company no. 769532, is responsible for personal information handled through its website correspondence and operation. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or rights requests.

Information involved

The scenario composer processes what you type in your browser. Its code does not send entries to us, save them in browser storage or submit a form. Copy and download actions occur only when you request them. Your browser or device may have its own form-restoration, clipboard, backup or download behaviour.

If you email us, we receive the sender address, message, attachments and any other information you choose to include. Please avoid sensitive personal information, guest records and confidential formulas. Visiting a website also involves technical communication such as an IP address, request time, requested path and browser information; hosting systems may retain records for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Purposes and legal bases

We use correspondence to answer enquiries, review editorial corrections and maintain necessary business records. The usual basis is our legitimate interest in responding and operating an independent publication. Processing may also be necessary to take steps you request before an agreement, meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, where applicable.

Technical information is used as necessary to deliver and protect the site. Optional tracking, if introduced, requires a separate assessment and any consent required by law. The supplied site does not include analytics, advertising pixels or marketing subscriptions.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting and email providers may process information as service providers, subject to their applicable arrangements. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal information. Where a provider processes personal information outside the European Economic Area, transfers must rely on an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention and security

Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to address the issue, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. Relevance, unresolved disputes and legal requirements determine the period; we do not keep every enquiry indefinitely by default. Technical record retention depends on the operational need and hosting configuration.

Reasonable organisational and technical measures should protect information, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send information whose disclosure would create an unacceptable risk.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority. Contacting us first is optional, not a condition of exercising that right.
